Do you have a minimum order quantity?
LX Textiles has no general MOQ. Many fabrics can be ordered from just 1 metre, subject to the availability and conditions of the selected fabric. We confirm this before quotation.
Can I request a swatch card before ordering?
Yes. Swatch cards allow you to assess colour, texture, finish and general quality before placing an order. Tell us which fabrics interest you and we will confirm the available swatch options. Courier charges and any applicable import duties or taxes are borne by the buyer.
Can you source a fabric from my photo or reference?
Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image directly in Find My Fabric, paste a Pinterest or Instagram link, or send additional images through WhatsApp. Include your intended use, colour, approximate quantity, budget, and deadline if you know them.
What happens if I need more than the ready quantity?
Your request becomes a sourcing enquiry. We will check whether additional fabric can be obtained and discuss lead times, production options, or close alternatives where appropriate.
Do larger quantities receive trade pricing?
They can. Pricing depends on the fabric, quantity, source, and current availability. Tell us whether you need a one-metre cut, a development quantity, or a larger order and we will prepare the appropriate quotation.
How quickly can ready-stock and production orders be fulfilled?
Subject to stock availability and payment confirmation, ready-stock fabrics can generally be dispatched within 48 hours. Custom production and larger made-to-order requirements typically take 8–10 weeks. Final courier transit times vary by destination and service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Swatch cards and fabric orders can be shipped from Indonesia to buyers worldwide. We confirm the available courier options, estimated transit times and shipping arrangements before dispatch.
Who pays courier charges, import duties and taxes?
All courier or freight charges, import duties, destination taxes and customs-clearance costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing before the order is confirmed.
Who handles export and import customs procedures?
LX Textiles prepares export shipments in accordance with Indonesian export procedures. Import customs clearance and destination-country requirements must be handled by the buyer's appointed freight forwarder or customs broker.
How do customers pay?
Our standard payment method is bank transfer by telegraphic transfer (T/T) or SWIFT to an Indonesian business bank account. Please contact us in advance if you would like to discuss alternative arrangements.
What are your payment terms?
Production orders and larger-quantity purchases generally require a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% payable before shipment. Smaller orders may require full payment in advance. Credit terms are available only when specifically approved in writing.
What currency do you invoice in?
Export quotations and invoices are normally issued in United States dollars (USD). Orders within Indonesia are generally quoted and invoiced in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).
Can I reorder the same fabric later?
Yes, subject to availability. Keep the LX Textiles fabric reference from your first order. We will use it to check current stock, colour consistency, and any applicable lead time when you reorder.
